Dear Pastor:
Ever need to have a difficult conversation with a staff member, church member, board member, family member, or friend, and not know exactly how to approach it?
I want to personally invite you to an outstanding leadership development opportunity coming this August. Dr. Stan Reeder will be leading a Crucial Conversations Training at the Hocking Hills Retreat Center on Tuesday, August 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This hands-on training will equip you with practical tools for navigating the critical conversations that are an inevitable part of pastoral ministry — those moments when emotions run high, opinions differ, and the outcome truly matters. Lunch will be provided, and the cost for the day is just $15. I hope you'll plan to join us for what I believe will be a valuable investment in your leadership and your ministry.
Warmly Yours in Christ,
Eddie Estep
District Superintendent
